These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RetirePro.in (the "Platform"), including all content, features, and services made available through the Platform.
By accessing RetirePro.in, creating an account, or submitting data through our calculator, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

To use RetirePro, you must:
RetirePro is designed for individuals planning their personal retirement. Use by financial advisors to model plans for third-party clients requires prior written consent from us.
You may create a free account using your email address (via magic link) or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the calculator or creating an account. Providing false financial information will result in inaccurate projections and is solely your responsibility.
Notify us immediately at support@retirepro.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to notify us promptly.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your saved plans and personal data will be permanently erased within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You agree to use RetirePro only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

All content on RetirePro.in — including the calculator algorithm, user interface, blog posts, illustrations, brand name, logo, and design — is the property of RetirePro and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the calculator. We use it solely to generate your plan and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your personal financial information.
If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that feedback to improve RetirePro, without any obligation to compensate you.
RetirePro Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on an annual or monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method via Razorpay.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date.
RetirePro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We specifically disclaim:

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, RetirePro, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of RetirePro, including but not limited to:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for RetirePro Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RetirePro, its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Platform in a manner that harms other users or our business.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Paid subscription refunds on termination for cause are at our discretion. If we terminate without cause, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused period.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of RetirePro shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane District, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the RetirePro homepage and by email to registered users. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
